About the Role

This flexible casual position offers the opportunity to work both remotely and from our modern Robina office on the Gold Coast. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our HR operations and maintaining our positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment processes and candidate communications
  • Manage employee onboarding and induction programs
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
  • Support various HR initiatives and workplace culture programs
  • Assist with day-to-day HR queries and administrative tasks
  • Help organise team events and engagement activities

Essential Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience in HR administration or similar role
  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and HR systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Reliable internet connection for remote work capability
