About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment processes and candidate communications
- Manage employee onboarding and induction programs
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Support various HR initiatives and workplace culture programs
- Assist with day-to-day HR queries and administrative tasks
- Help organise team events and engagement activities
Essential Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience in HR administration or similar role
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and HR systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Reliable internet connection for remote work capability
