Based in our modern Robina office on the Gold Coast, this full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to manage and grow our SME client portfolio. You’ll play a crucial role in helping Australian businesses optimise their energy costs while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of SME clients across Australia
- Implement proactive account management strategies
- Analyse energy usage and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare detailed proposals and tender documentation
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and energy retailers
- Drive high customer retention rates through excellent service
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ account management experience
- Demonstrated success in managing SME/Commercial clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office
- Experience with CRM systems (Zoho preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
